*No exchange or return for customized designs or customized sizes.

*No exchange or return for international orders. 

Return Policy

* Return is valid only before the courier leaves.

For shipping inside Egypt, you may always check and try our product while the courier awaits you for 5-10 minutes. For all products except customized orders and soiree dresses with sizes other than 38 or 40, In case you no longer wish to have the product, you may return it and only pay the shipping fees and any paid deposit will be refunded to you. If it is a soiree dress with sizes (other than 38 - 40), 50% of the paid deposit will not be refunded. 

*If the courier leaves, there is no return.

*If there is a defect in the order, we shall re-deliver it to you without any additional fees.

*If you receive any piece that needs resizing, you may send it back to us while paying the additional shipping fees.

 

Exchange Policy

* No Exchange for soiree dresses or customized orders.

* For non-customized orders and non-soiree dresses, Within 7 days of receiving your order, you may request to exchange a piece with another color or size of the same design while paying any required additional fees.
