Flexible & Easy Shopping (Inside Egypt)

We want you to feel confident and completely in love with your piece. That’s why you can try your item while the courier waits (5–10 minutes) before completing your purchase.

If it’s not the perfect fit (excluding customized designs and soiree dresses above size 46), you may return it immediately and only pay the shipping fee. Any deposit paid will be fully refunded.

Exchanges & Resizing

• For non-customised and non-soiree items, exchanges are available within 7 days for a different size or color of the same design (subject to availability and any price difference).
• Resizing is available if needed; items can be sent back with additional shipping fees.

Returns

• Returns are accepted while the courier is present. Once the courier leaves, returns are no longer available.
• Customized designs, soiree dresses above size 46, and international orders are not eligible for return.
• If there is any defect in your item, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost.
