Soiree & Customization Policy

Soiree dresses as well as customized designs and sizes are tailored by order. So, there will be a deposit 30% of the price before tailoring it. Please Conact Us on Whatsapp:  0122 815 3874  soon after you submit the order to send us the deposit using Orange/Vodafone cash service or Instapay.

When a soiree dress or a customized order is delivered and you don't want to receive it, you shall pay for the delivery fees and only half of the paid deposit will be paid back in few days.

If there is any defect in the received order, we are responsible of fixing it and delivering it back without any additional fees.
